Well, they got your attention by freezing your account, that's what they wanted. So, in order to get it released you're going to have to call them and make arrangments to pay on the judgment, otherwise the freeze will stay and they WILL garnish your wages.

Ch 7 bankruptcy WILL force the release of your account, but it won't be instantaneous.
