Let me guess- this is an ancient check you wrote or one you have never heard of yet they are threatening criminal charges against you. I have heard it over and over lately. You can email me at picantel4343@hotmail.com. Let me know the type of debt, the age of the debt, your state, and whether they are out of the MA or NJ offices. CAs watch the boards so it is not good to post any details. Go through past threads and you will see me there many many times.
