I have no clue. It just said on PACER closed in error and reopened. IT almost looked like they had to be served all over again also. You know what you can do right? Go file a small claims suit and do it fast. Sure you may never collect but it is good backup. The scumbags did not even show up at a hearing for $167,000 so they lost and I doubt they will show up for yours. I will also assume you still have their dunning letters with all their abuses. You should, as a co defendant, name the collector if it shows it. I doubt they will even show up to defend themselves. Then you hurry up and garnishment their bank account. They deserve every bit of this after what they did.
