One of you emailed me but I am not sure which. I emailed back to whoever did. She is a big far liar. The FDCPA is very clear that attorneys collecting on debts are subject to the fdcpa. If you were the california resident then I wrote back as the debt is past the SOL and it is illegal for them to even call you. Soon JR you may have another client but this time I sent him a standard validation letter and told this person to file complaints with the bbb and cali AG.
