hi! after we send a cease and desist letter to a collection agency Love,Beal and Nixon Attorneys... they sue us... this should be illegal and we can contersue for harrasment right? pls advise and i dont know what lawyer to use.... i talked to one small town lawyer and it seems like the helpful people here are more knowledgeable than him regarding my rights, no kidding. thanks. WHY CHAT, if u will read this i posted before and u helped me this is the 2nd CA that contacted us since... they are using a law firm to sue and collect... any insights? thanks and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
