thanks Scott! im not positive but it should be 1997... my husband co-sign w/ his daughter and she filed a bancruptcy 97 (i think)

the last time my husband talk to her about this collection, she told us this is SOL according to her lawyer.

im trying to find a lawyer to counter sue but im lost what practice should i seek? Consumer Protection? Debtor/Creditor

well, i was wrong on the original post... they are not yet sueing us... its a summon to appear at the court house... any advice?

we are here in Oklahoma... and as far as my husband is concern no legal documentations was serve to him during the repo process....
