I did not even think about PACER -- scary though that these guys could have gotten off on a technical problem. I got in on the class action suit and will file one of my own if these guys ever cross my path again. For me its not about the money, its about getting even for being accused of something I never did. Glad they are getting their just desserts (we hope).

One thing that worries me about them is their supposed mob connection. Do you know if this is valid? I only ask because I doubt I would personally tweak at their nose if they are indeed mobbed up. There was a payday loan service here in TN which was mobbed up and went to folks homes, it was not a pretty situation. Can you imagine answering the door and seeing a thug standing there? Of course the criminals are now in jail, but just the same I will leave my mob involvement to watching the Sopranos.
