fyi, I have been thru ch13 before & I know how it works, also if you noticed from my posts I am deep in debt.if I post so called wrong info I am sorry..BUT you should not judge me...also by my posts if you know it all, you know you can not file ch 7 unless current on your mortgage which we are not.
