Yep it is 3 years. Not sure what you are looking at. I will post the paragraph from the sol letter you seem to be having a problem with. It should go like this: Under my State of Louisiana such accounts have a 3 year limit for filing any action for judgement as per the federal statute of limitations and Louisiana statute 3-118.
The starting date of this statute of limitations being the later of the date of last activity, or the date of first default.
