By law if a tradeline is already on your credit report and you request validation and the CA has not provided validation yet they must list the account as under dispute on your credit report. This is the most widely missed violation and usually 99.99% of all CAs forget to do this. That this scummy agency actually remember is shocking enough and perhaps hell will freeze over. If it has been 15 days since your last letter I would immediately follow up with a BBB and attorney general complaint. Heck, I would do those today.
