My Husband and I have had our own run in with JBC. When I called and informed them that the account that they were refering to had been dispersed to three other addresses in Bankruptcy and since she was more than a third party and all that I was required to do legally under state and federal law was give them the filing number she threatened not only legal action but imprisonment. Here's a clue to shut them up for good.
Contact your state Attorney Generals office and also the U.S. Attorney Generals office. Then file a complaint with the bar association within your state. Lawyers have to follow a code of ethics believe it or not and their representatives have to also adhere to these rules. If there are enough complaints from from their "victims" this group and others like this will be in the courts trying to explain themselves instead of us trying to apease them.
