LadyNRed: Charge off and collection reported by same CRA

I have had a charge off for five years. A CA recently has been hounding me for payment. I know the SOL has passed. TU has been reporting it as a Charge Off but today when I ran my report it was showing as a Charge off and then another entry as an Open Account and a collection and a current date. This CA had itself listed for the first time on my report. They were reporting under Equifax. I phoned Equifax and am very happy to report that the Customer Service rep. handled over the phone the removal of this CA's entry. There was no date that the account was open in the CA's entry or even an account number. The rep told me what it was for and deleted it. She indicated that I will be receiving an update report from Equifax within 30 days.
My question is, how can I handle TU's reporting of having it a collection account for the same thing they are reporting as a charge off. I was part of the class action suit against Providian years ago and this has been a nightmare. Thank you.
