Andrea there are a few things you can try. First is to pull all 3 of your reports from each cra. Dispute all personal info that is outdated or obsolete. All old addresses, names, employment, everything that would be connected to the old accounts should come off if you can get it off. Then you want to make sure and opt-out with the cras also. After this is all done, what you can do is dispute these accounts as not mine or no knowledge of account. Then you wait 30 days and see what comes off. Only dispute things that are reporting as neg, if you do positive things, even with late pays it might get the whole thing deleted and could hurt your fico score.
