You are about to feel the wrath of discover. they will sue you for $20 so I 100% guarentee they will take you to court. Citibank and amex have been more aggressive lately so may sue you. MBNA will turn you over to their lackey scumbag attorneys called something like wolpoff and abraham. Be prepare for living hell with them. You are probably gonna be told to contact a BK attorney because with that amount you are in big trouble. Others will be along in the morning to tell you about exemptions in your state and the like.
