Prior Deq. Date is wrong.. How to dispute?

Hi all! I got my credit report (3 in 1) from equifax.
I found out that the prior deq. date is incorrect also,
some of them is not in sync (between the 3 CRA).
How can I dispute this?
Can I use my credit card statement to dispute this directly with CRA?
or is there better way of doing it?
Is there any template letter that I can use?
Since my English is not perfect. Thank in advance.
