the company is Sterling & King inc. i checked they're web site. what a joke. lol thanks i'll try that web site. It was a limousine, but i bought it for less than that price. i couldn't possably owe that much. even in chapter 13 they got some payment. I just wondered if the sol begun after the first default in 1998 or after the dismissal. :)
