I am also having the same problem with this company! They sent me a financial questioniare in order to make monthly payments for my federal student loan which I filled out and sent back to them and in return they sent me a letter stating I was to send them 6 post dated checks. A few days later the woman I was dealing with called my mothers house and left a message saying that the information I filled out was incorrecet and she needed to speak with me so I held off on sending the checks until I could get ahold of her. Needless to say she didn't return my calls the same day or even the day after and by the time I did get ahold of her she had told me that it was too late to send in my payments and that she was re submitting my claim and continued to unpolitly tell me I had already had the chance to pay them when in fact I was ready to pay them as soon as she called me back to tell me what information I had filled out incorrectly.That was today and they gave me no information as to who I contact now to discuss what will happen to my claim. I called the company back to speak to so called manager of the company and he repeated the same words back to me and when I told him I was willing to send him monthly payments for the total of 2,600. he told me it was too late and I replied that I didn't have 2,600. to my name he said FIND IT!! and hung up on me.
