Yes, they ARE an Enigma ! I found them on my husband's credit report - AFTER we paid them through Capital Management ... seems they were "collecting" for CITIBANK - who we were already PAYING OFF to GULF STATE !!!

...... AND - we were NEVER contacted by them - Sherman ... and yet, they STILL put down that the account is "derogatory" and "late" !!! ...

Is there ANYONE out there who REALLY cares what FRAUDS like these company are doing to everyone ???
