Chapter 13 and hardship

OK, guys I really need your help...have a 9:00 am meeting with my lawyer. He says we are done paying back secured debts and all we are doing now is paying unsecured debts. He also says all we have to do to get dischared early is prove to him we have a hardship and can't pay anymore...We have no kids, so what would a hardship be? Other than being flat broke all the time? Home or auto repairs?
