Capital One is very aggressive with their collections right now. Is your case in Richmond Civil Court? (doesn't matter, I just wonder if they have the entire Richomnd docket full of their cases!!!) I would advise making arrangements or paying in full because they will get a judgement against you and go after you via bank or garnishment - I know this for sure.
