I'm 49 years old today. Never written a bad check. Lost the best job I'd ever had back in December. My wife has decided that she's better off on her own and dosen't care that I'm left to struggle with 20 years worth of bills that I can't pay on my own. Can anyone point me to stright forward information about bankruptcy.
