well what a waste of time, when I sold the mobile home, in nov.2001, the buyer paid up in June 2002..I never heard from him since june 2002..he never contacted me to move the mobile home off my then property, now a year later he sues me for 3500.00 ...well the proprty was foreclosed on & the mobile home moved last Dec.2002... HE WON!!! I tried to tell the magistrate that the buyer never contacted me in a year to move the home & get the title...anyway I lost.. so now the judgment of 3,500.00 I don't have 35 cents!!! Now what?? do I appeal or just wait to fill out the exemption papers, I own nothing, & don't work.... oh & he may persue criminal charges claiming that I didn't own the mobile home & had no legal right to sellit, well my Aunt owned it & she lives in Florida & is 83 years old, when she moved to FL.in 1995 she said I could do with it what I wanted...so I sold it... WHAT A MESS..
I know you are not a lawyer but any suggestions would be appreciated CAN I FILE BK & list this judgment???
