I'm in Oregon, the debt originated in Washington, I have proof of the age - they provided nothing - it's from an Optima card from American Express. Yeah, I agree that they're scumbags - I tried calling them when I got the 1st letter, but got nothing but voice mails - anyway thay're called Risk Management Alternatives, INC out of GA
