Have you received a statement demanding payment from Midland?

It will give you 30 days to dispute. You MUST dispute within the 30 days to protect ALL of the rights that you have.

If Midland is demanding payment and the sol has expired, you may have a lawsuit against Midland.

As a matte of fact, I have a case against Midland right now.
