If the OC has already charged it off and sold it then what do you do? If is shows "Paid - purchased by another lender". Does that mean I need to settle with the CA that takes it, Which is Creditor's Interchange? Should I wait it out and pay closer to the time we want to buy? It'll be another year or 2.
