Thanks, Scott, for pointing that out

Now that I've looked over the contracts for other car purchases and leases since then,I've found nothing under seal, as you say. I've only found it on mortgage papers.

NAFS (National Action Financial Services) out of Williamsville, NY is doing the collection.

Is there anything you can direct me to that SAYS the contract is null and void and gives the 2yrs/4yrs time period? I also have to prove to my mortgage company that the debt is invalid so they don't force me to pay it.

I'm preparing to send a validation letter to NAFS that requests a copy of the original signed contract so I can prove that it was not under SEAL. I bet I don't get a response....
