Help- civil summons follow up

Hi, First thank you for all your help. I wrote 2 months ago about getting a civil summons. I typed and filed a answer, reply and asked for validation, sent a copy to collection attorney and filed with court. It now has been month and half, I have not heard anything from attorney or court. I am getting nervous, any idea how long this takes. By the way, I am in NC, debt is less than a year old, is a credit card debt
