I have been paying first select installments for over a year now and last month, no statment came. so I call and the recording says my account was sold to credigy, I call their # and get a generic voicemail. I don't feel comfortable leaving a voicemail if they do not even leave their name on the recording. So, Today I get a summons from a attorney. Do I have to deal with this attorney now? or work with credigy? Does anybody know who credigy is? And why would they not even send me a letter letting me know they have purchased my acct and try to work with me?
sorry for the rant, any help is appreciated.
