When disputing prior lates, can you request that it be updated to never late if they don't get a response?? I'm afraid to dispute with experian because of possible deletion, any suggestions? I made that mistake with TU and they deleted a few accts that i disputed as not closed by credot grantor but closed by consumer and that really hurt my score.
