JBC is pissing me off!!!!!!

JBC & ASS has been calling me over the past 2 weeks about a check I supposedly wrote almost 7 years ago. But I wasn't even living in the state in question when the check was written! How do I get these jerks to stop calling me? I've been threatened with criminal charges, they've offered to "settle" for $2,500 (the check was for under $100) and they're constantly saying "Your case is nearing disposition so you'd be better off just settling this now" (oooh I'm shakin' in my boots). The latest caller told me to just prove to them that I wasn't living in that state at the time and they'd resolve the claim otherwise they'd be taking me to court. I told her to prove that I WAS living there. I also told her to PLEASE take me to court, because I wanted to see the look on the judge's face when he sees their pathetic, unfounded case against me. I also told her that I desperately wanted JBC to waste tons of money in legal fees pursuing a bad check that was for under $100 from 6+ years ago. Bottom line: I'm not giving into their Illegal scare tactics, but how do I get them to stop calling? BTW, I've already filed a complaint with the FTC. Is there anywhere else I should complain?
