Right, Check out my reply to 'me' above on the board. This scumpany is one of the truly most mutated, twisted 'collections professionals' outfits around. Run 'em through the google, they've even made the South Carolina Supreme Court on account of their stupid goon tactics.
Tell them nothing, do not call them ever again, if these eye-less cockroaches call you again, hang up, say nothing. If you can't hang up, then just listen closely and take copious notes on all that is said - guaranteed their rantings are an ongoing violation of FTC rules.
Start a complaint immediately with the FTC and your State Attorney General. Call the FTC by phone, get this moving. This soured, clotted, rancid mess of alleged human beings masquerading as a collection agency needs to be scraped once and for all from the business landscape.
Fight them back, send a written certified return receipt requested letter telling them to cease all phone calls and communicate with you only in writing. Demand they validate the debt and make sure you dispute the debt in whole and in all parts. Sample letters available on this site.
Smash these legless termites using every legal means available to you, and with this board you have plenty. Bullies understand but one thing. Not your kindness, nor your good intent, nor your willingness to negotiate in respectful good faith. They understand brute force, applied to their snouts as you shove them through the amber-stained pinch rollers of a big, fat, wringer washer.
