How can you file a ch 7 & then after 6months file a ch 13? I thought that if you file ch7 you cant file for 7 years? are you sure you can file a ch 7 & then months later file 13....or is it the other way around file 13 first , get the mortgage caught up, & then file ch 7 to knock out unsecured debt.
