coming out of a divorce my finaces are in a wreck. I have worked out and am sticking to payment plans with all of my creditors but one. Fairbanks has my second mortgage and refuses to work out a reinstatement plan, even the first mortgage holder GMAC was easy to deal with, but these folks wont budge and my house is going to be sold July 16. Is there anything short of bankruptcy that I can do?
