stopped paying on credit card, need info....help

I fell behind on my credit card payments, then i could not afford to get caught up. My account has been with wolpoff abd abramson's for a while, i have been paying a little bit occassionally but not very often. I set 2 payments up for 4/15 and 5/15 but they processed them both on 4/7 and of course the money was not there but the bank paid it anyways and I was charged a fee on both. I called the bank and they told me that any time you set up payments like that they can process it when ever they want so I did not do any more until this month. The payment has not cleared my bank and it has been a week. I do not want to call them because I do not want them calling me. Do you think that this is beyond payments and they are going to proceed with other actions. I am trying to get caught up on all of my bills and I am not sure where to go with this.
