Thanks so much. Since finding this board I see the light at the end of tunnel. I just read "Quick Question" ans. from Why Chat! I'm from TX, I still have a few questions. I've opt'd out for both Mr & I, when we order CR, do we need to order in both of our names? On the last one (only in Mr's name) I noticed Fleet said we had a revolving cc acct,we've never had a cc from them, just dunned by them. Coldata said we had a 30 day acct. Do the CRA's recognize CA's and delete @ 7 yrs. even though they put later days? The SOL says recent correspondence, Fleet was several CA"S back. I volunteer at local Animal Shelter now, promise when we can breathe again after this mess I'll send donation!
