Hey, I've been there. The answer is NO. ;) They don't bend on the rules. Not even online either. I searched and searched. One professor/director I worked for felt so sorry for me he lent me the money since he knew I'd pay him back. I also didn't have family who had any money - at all. My loan refund was coming but at the time I was broke and couldn't even pay money to have my flat tire fixed if he didn't help me. One thing you could do is try those Labor Work/Labor Ready type places if they are in your area. Most have work 7 days a week but you have to be at the offices by 5am (or 5:30am for some). They pay the same day. You bring an ID card and social security card I think. Good luck!
