they will throw it in the trash. They are an OC and are not bound by the fdcpa. by stating they are you are telling them you have no clue what you are talking about and they will know it. You need to go to creditnet and sign up for free and ask about goodwill and nutcase letters. yours will not do it. I have an old paid chargeoff from citibank that is 6 years old and for 6 years I have tried every trick I know and they will not budge.
