In your sol. letter to collector:
Records indicate that this date on the subject account #2222222222 with big bank is-(what goes here)
what goes in the last slot.
Also, am I supposed to include date of last activity or charge off date?

Letter to CRA: "This is a request for deletion of a disputed item." Will they seek verification first from collector or just delete? thanks monica
