i was doing some surfing and I came across a web site that talked about "validating Debt" and this Admin. Proc. Act . Is there such a thing and can you ask for validation and if they do not have the orginal ticket you don't have to pay that credit bill? If you are interested I will give you the web page and you can tell me if this is legal. I of course would not pay for this service I was just wondering if this is a true lawful thing.
