Thank youfor yurprevoius replyto my question of when the sol starts. I have searched and can't find my post or your reply. Sorry. You mentions something about Co haveing somthing I should have printed it. Anyway an Attorney is taking me to court for an old cc bill. I have been sent the disbute papers and have sent my own.
I read where the sol can be reset if you make a payment. I made 3 payments in 2001 to this attorney and also to First Resolution Mag who I guess the attorney is hired by. My CR from 98 shows this account as charged off 03-96. MY CR from TransU and equifax for 2003 don't show the acount. My question is can I still use the sol as a defense? Court date set for Aug. Thanks Sooooo Much for your help. I will copy it this time.
