Thanks Why Chat. Because of this forum I have been able to successfully sue in small claims court for FDCPA and FCRA violations on four different cases this year. All with complete deletions and two with 1,000 money judgments plus court costs. I just read your posts and applied them in real life issue's and have been pleased to say the least!! I've never posted before except for todays posts and just wanted to say Thank You!!

It seems the one thing a Collector and/or Attorney can't seem to do is validate any debt. I do not negotiate with the collector until after I receive a judgment on them unless its for the amount I have in my petition.
