Was this debt being paid in your Chapter 13 plan?

If so, the sol would begin in April 1997. Worst case scenario - April 2001 is the last date they can attempt collection of the debt.

I just want to make sure that you use the correct date for the sol - not because it makes a REAL difference - but because you want it to be right.
