i send them a cease and desist letter... now they are suing... should i bring to their attention that i had sent them a cease and desist letter?

just curious... did i missed out anything on this letter sent to them thats why they totally ignored it and sue?

i thought this was sufficient since this is the same "formula" sent to other CA on this SAME CAR REPO/DEBT.
