Complete line by line accounting of the alleged debt along with your signature on the original document or instrument used. Note: a computer print out is not acceptable and will not hold up in court. They must get validation and/or copies of originals from the OC.

My suggestion is to wait 30 days and an additional 15 days if they are requesting info. from OC. Do not affirm the debt in any way to the CA. Also make sure they can legally collect this alleged debt. Find out if they are the assignee or did they purchase and ask written confirmation.
