I have no idea who is actually doing the collecting. i got this letter the other day and they said they are "in receipt of your correspondence to the northland group inc. concerning the above-references account". i sent them an sol letter last month with this response. "as this office is responsible for responding to letters of this nature, i have been asked to address your inquiry".
