Communicate only with the CA about this debt. If you sent a SOL letter to Northland Group and its been more than say 30 days. Send an additional letter and ask for a written response. FACSGroup Inc. may be a company that arbitrates between you and the Collector.

Did both companies include the mini miranda in their correspondance? I.E., This is an attempt...
