COmmercial collection firm for AMEX Coporate Acct
will not provide proof of debt. Sent certified letter,
fax and phone calls. 7 months later no proof of debt
Want to sue to get alleged balance removed.
Any Texas legal leads on violations of FDCPA & TDCPA ?
