What are you waiting for, file your petition for FDCPA violations. Typical ones are Sec. 809 (b) non validation of debt. Sec 807 (8) Failed to report debt as disputed, provided you disputed it.
Sec. 805 (c) no C&D. This gives you 3,000 in Small Claims Court. Make sure you can prove all of these before going this route. Credit repair by civil suit gets the job done efficiently. Stop writing so many letters. Take no prisoners.
