A judgment from credit card debt does not automatically place a lein on your real property when the judgment is entered. A judgment give the the plaintiff a RIGHT to place a lein on property and that right must be exercised by the plaintiff to be executed. After writing that, I see what in interesting choice of words I chose. :)
