I've been listed as a complimentary member on my sister's sam club membership for the past three years. Last summer she applied for their credit card. At that time Sam's pulled a hard inquiry on my credit report also. IS THIS A PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE? I cannot seem to be able to obtain their membership agreement terms via their web site or local store.
